Hello hello! 👋🏻 We have a lot of new followe Hello hello! 👋🏻 We have a lot of new followers (hi!), so we wanted to take a moment and introduce ourselves and explain our mission and this page. We are Brigitte and Vicki from @twogirlsmedia. We started our company about five years ago. Three years ago, we started publishing printed town Guides to celebrate things to do in the area, bites to eat, shops to visit and more. We highlight a LOT of that on this IG channel, but it’s just the side piece to the real star… our printed Guides. We deliver our Guides to about 20 locations all over town weekly. You can grab a copy at the library, @dunkin, the Waverly Restaurant, @madisontire285, @thesnookishop and @sharkeysmadison to name a few. The Guides include interviews with locals, sometimes a bit of history and lots more about the Madison community. The Guides are free for you, and is our way of highlighting the towns we cover and our fellow small business owners. You can also visit the Guide’s companion web site at MadisonNJGuide.com for blog posts and a complete list of more places where you can grab a Guide. We’re able to publish our Guides because of our awesome advertisers - we appreciate their support and YOUR support of them so we can keep doing what we’re doing. Have a question? Want to share something we should cover? Want to tell us about your new favorite drink in town? Comment or DM us, we love to chat with you! The Fall issues are at the printer and will be out in the beginning of August. Want more details on advertising? Get in touch - we’d love to work with you. ✨

Cause for Celebration in Madison

Whether you’re celebrating a special occasion or just an average day, Madison has plenty of sweet options to help.

Dessert Options in Madison, NJ - madisonnjguide.com
1. SugarLips Donuts

How could we resist a donut called The Squealer? Spoiler alert: we couldn’t! Located inside Weenies on Main Street, Sugar Lips Donuts has fresh donuts with both unique and traditional flavors. Whether you go for the maple glazed donut topped with bacon like we did, or something like their vanilla or chocolate glazed with sprinkles, you won’t be disappointed.

2. Baba’s Bakery

We love Baba’s Bakery on Kings Road. There is no shortage of dessert options, whether you want individually sized items or something for a large party, and their staff is always so pleasant and welcoming. Their cake pops and petit fours make a fun afternoon treat, and their bread selection is divine. Grab a few baguettes for lunch and dessert for later!
